Advanced detection system monitors adhesive volume, placement and position, reducing product waste and increasing quality in intermittent and continuous packaging and converting applications.
- Monitor adhesive deposition, even through folded substrates, at line speeds up to 1,000 meters per minute (3,333 fpm).
- Reduce waste with detection of beginning, end and volume of applied adhesive; product skewing, overlap and carton length.
- Establish reference levels with dynamic calibration.
- Enhance quality with up to four sensors that identify faulty products, which can trigger an alarm, ejection or marking.
